Introducing Fortis, Latin for “strong”, which was inspired by the “strong” hands that tirelessly go into producing every cigar. The unsung and often overlooked workers that craft premium cigars, from those that plant and harvest the tobacco leaves, to the sorters, the bunchers and rollers, to finally those who put the cellophane on the cigar and into the box. We celebrate the “300” hands that go into producing a single cigar.
For this blend we decided on using one of my favorite wrapper leafs, Habano 2000. Habano 2000 provides a richness and complexity to the cigar, which is complimented by the corona vitola. The vitola allows for a higher wrapper to filler ratio, allowing the Habano 2000 to be the star in this blend.
