Dorada, which translates to “Golden” in Spanish, was inspired by the beautiful Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper we selected for this cigar. It also is inspired by the golden fall leaves which will quickly be upon us. 

Dorada was created with the amazing Cuevas family at Casa Cuevas. We worked with Alec and his father Luis to bring you an amazingly complex and balanced medium-bodied Connecticut.  For far too long Connecticut-wrapped cigars have developed a bad habit of being boring and one-dimensional. We added a leaf of Pennsylvanian Broadleaf to the filler to bring, what we believed, is the necessary complexity in a good Connecticut cigar.
